Dr. Pranavi Luthraa stands among the few. With her unflinching zeal to achieve excellence and an empathetic outlook, she is a bonafide leader. Her life experiences and belief to never give up, no matter the pressure and stress, make her an inspiration, but what indeed makes her stand out is that most people, when faced with hardships, lose the child within them, the animated frolicsome inquisitive self yet, with her nothing is lost, such that time and age only seem an illusion, where she’s a child with a child, giving her the capability to comprehend the curiosities of a child’s brain, to guide them and build strong morals and character through her life learnings and nurturing them with the heart of a mother all at the same time thus creating the platform for wholesome education.
Her numerous years in research have made her an expert in understanding the complexities of modern education and child behavior. She has had four decades’ worth of experience in managing and leading her educational institutes along with guiding contemporaries to achieve impeccable standards of value education. Her aim and life’s purpose is to transform the education system, to transcend into an era where India leads the educational front, not by imitating the West but by building solid associations with our cultural wisdom and embracing the good from others, thus creating schools with a breath of fresh air, where the child learns to learn and falls in love with the idea of education, therefore, embarking on the journey of beautiful creations.
Mr. Kaushal Luthra – Director
Mr. Kausahal Luthra is a born entrepreneur. He believes in helping people, whether that involves assisting employees achieve their goals or supporting clients’ business expansion plans. He devotes much time to overseeing the growth and performance of this leading education industry, which provides a platform for business opportunity seekers and investors to come together and expand their operations.
Responsible for formulating and implementing various policies, Mr. Luthra has been involved in strengthening and building resilience in the education sector through specific, targeted initiatives.
He has more than 40 years of experience in various commercial setups. With hands-on experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts, and commercial Functions, his analytical skills and practical experience provide valuable inputs into business Development & growth.
Ms. Pallavi L Shahi, Advisory Board Member
Ms. Pallavi L Shahi is a multi-talented rare combination of Sport and Education with 16 years of experience in the field of education and school management. At a very young age, while completing her Bachelors in education, she became a lead for ISO Certification for the school. Ever since involved in school management and paving the path for newer tools of education system. Moving to US in 2012, didn’t stop her association with us, rather amplified the world class education for our little ones by making school a member of US – American Montessori Society.
She has volunteered at various summer reading programs and reading challenges at US public schools and libraries. She is a part of Energy Conservation Team with Connecticut Energy Department. West Hill elementary School has honored her with Junior Great Book Leader. She has accomplished MA (English), M.Ed, Early Childhood Teacher Certification and was National Table-Tennis player for India.
Mr. Ridwan Luthra, CIO
Sharing the same vision with his mother he joined hands with her to build a better school. He is responsible for ensuring seamless technological integration and usage by the organisation. He continually updates and brings the latest technologies into the organisations and boosts the performance of each and every stakeholder. He is a robotics enthusiast and has undertaken many projects in robotics. He finds every opportunity to teach and build robots. With his love for technology, educationand innovation he constantly pushes the organisation to perform better and faster and is responsible for the companies smooth function.
