Penned from the heart by CMD

When I look back today – my journey from tender, timid home maker to determined EDUCATIONIST, reminds me only one phrase ‘Nothing less than the Best’

I don’t know when this thought became a habit and emerged as spectator of inadequacy and imperfection in the education process. To my utmost astonishment this thought made me to brainstorm and gradually matured me into an inquisitive & enthusiastic person, who is determined to find way to make education a happy journey and peaceful destination.

This was the beginning of my journey to research in education. I did research in philosophical, psychological & sociological aspects of education, conflict resolution, students behavior, pre- education, essentials of literature textbook writing, teacher behavior, class room interaction and social responsibility of education.

This gave me vision to improvise education and educational practices. I remained associated with organizations like NCERT, Shiksha Shodh Sansthan, Jamia Milia Islamia, Satya Sai and did several projects and wrote numerous papers. I was fortunate that I was the head of the school and always had opportunity to put theory into practice. I used the school as my research lab and created some wonderful miracles at that time. I was also heading research & development division of our chain of schools. This all gave me insight into the education & educational problems and pushed me to bring educational reforms.

It was in 1998, when I admitted my son in one of the best preschool, I started feeling that why a 2 year old should go to school? What should be the learning outcome? Are these schools killing child’s natural creativity? Are they making children inclined towards junk food? and many more such questions.

Afterwards, I have spent a lot of time in understanding preschooler and found that this is the most impressionable age and is the foundation of lifelong learning. It has to be THE BEST. It is a sprouting stage, if favorable conditions and appropriate nutrition are not provided then that inherent creativity will damage, and humanity will lose genius.

This was the turning point where I decided to open preschools where children’s happiness and holistic growth will be the center of all creations and designs.
